01The problem
Board exam prep in West Bengal still runs largely on printed question banks. Students practise alone with no sense of where they stand, and teachers spend hours setting and marking tests by hand.
02What I did
- 01Timed tests with instant results and feedback on every mistake, so practice turns into progress.
- 02Monthly leaderboards, badges and rewards to give students a reason to come back every week.
- 03Tools for teachers to build a question bank once, schedule tests for each batch and see who is falling behind.
- 04Institutes kept separate, so each one gets its own students, analytics and rankings.
03Result
Live on Google Play with 300+ downloads, used by students and teachers, and updated regularly based on what they tell me.
